Manage and direct accounting activities including month/quarter/year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, tax filings, audit coordination, and ERP implementation support. Partner with FP&A and ensure GAAP compliance.

Provide hands-on HR support for the Great Plains Business Unit: partner with leaders on human capital strategies, manage employee relations and investigations, ensure legal compliance, support recruiting and onboarding, guide performance management, administer HR processes and HR systems, analyze HR data, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Support branch operations by handling invoicing and billing tasks, coordinating with sales and finance, answering customer calls, maintaining records and filing, managing inventory and office supplies, scheduling and general administrative duties, and serving as a vendor and customer contact to ensure accurate, timely communication and documentation.

Provide daily EHS support to regional field teams: coach and train staff, conduct site visits and audits, maintain SOPs, perform compliance reviews, investigate incidents and lead root cause analysis, manage corrective actions, and supervise a small operational safety team. Travel required (~80%).
