Sell AWP Safety products, rentals, and services via outbound calls, email, e-commerce and bids. Establish and grow accounts, prepare quotes and sales analysis, manage leads and inquiries, meet sales and margin targets, and support sales strategy and customer product training.

Manage and grow assigned territory by building relationships with key decision-makers, developing a sales pipeline, converting prospects, negotiating contracts, maintaining forecasts and Salesforce records, coordinating with operations and billing, and traveling to support customers (≈75%). Participate in quarterly reviews and support national account alignment.

Manage and grow customer relationships for traffic control services and equipment. Coordinate traffic-control setups, track projects in the ERP, generate leads, follow up on accounts, support sign installs and AFAD utilization, ensure accurate invoicing and excellent customer service, and contribute to process improvements and company growth.

Own balance sheet integrity with focus on prepaid expenses, amortization, sales and use tax reporting, and accounts receivable. Support month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain audit-ready documentation, resolve variances, and collaborate on close improvements and special projects. Build Excel-based schedules and support internal/external audits while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Own balance sheet integrity by reconciling ~35 cash accounts, performing daily cash tasks, preparing payroll accruals, posting journal entries, supporting month-end close, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and assisting intercompany accounting and audits.

Sell the companys services, rentals, and products to new and existing customers in assigned territory. Build pipelines, conduct site visits and cold calls, produce quotes and forecasts, collaborate with Operations and billing to ensure project delivery, attend industry events, and travel regularly (about 50%). Meet sales/margin targets and promote safety and customer satisfaction.

Manage and direct accounting activities including month/quarter/year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, tax filings, audit coordination, and ERP implementation support. Partner with FP&A and ensure GAAP compliance.
