Develop full-stack software, APIs, integrations, and extensions connecting payment platforms with accounting and vertical SaaS systems. Leads two software engineering squads of approximately 10 engineers building high-throughput merchant lifecycle and risk platform systems. Responsibilities include people management, technical direction, design reviews, roadmap planning, delivery execution, system reliability, incident response, CI/CD, observability, testing, security, performance, and technical debt management. Partners with Product, Design, DevOps, Security, and leadership to align priorities and develop high-performing teams.

Own end-to-end product marketing and go-to-market strategy for product releases. Define positioning and messaging, create launch assets, partner with Product and GTM teams, drive adoption and retention through education and lifecycle marketing, and use customer and market insights to inform roadmap priorities. Measure launch success through product adoption, retention, and merchant growth.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution to improve merchant activation, adoption, retention, and win-back. Build segmentation, journey architecture, triggers, testing infrastructure, measurement, and governance across email, in-app, and SMS channels. Run an always-on experimentation program, manage the merchant referral program, write customer-facing copy, validate data, and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Risk. The role also owns deliverability, technical infrastructure, and lifecycle function development.

Lead Helcim’s end-to-end B2B content strategy and production engine for small-business merchants. Develop multi-channel content across webinars, newsletters, social communities, video, and SEO; personally write and edit content; manage an in-house YouTube creator and freelance creatives; establish brand voice and editorial standards; use AI and automation to scale workflows; and collaborate with growth teams to drive awareness, acquisition, and measurable business outcomes.

Build Helcim’s US bank and credit union partnership channel from the ground up. Own prospecting, executive relationship development, pitching, negotiation, deal closure, partner activation, and post-sale growth. Develop the channel go-to-market strategy, manage regulated multi-stakeholder sales cycles, track funnel performance, and collaborate with product, risk, delivery, and support teams. The role requires independent execution, financial-institution expertise, technical aptitude, and frequent US travel.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, personalized email, and social selling to targeted merchants. Research prospects, personalize outreach, qualify leads against ICP criteria, manage multichannel sales sequences, maintain CRM records, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Collaborate with partnership and marketing teams on city-specific campaigns, leverage local social proof, and provide feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.

Lead and develop a high-performing inbound sales team while continuously improving sales processes, workflows, playbooks, pipeline management, conversion rates, and speed-to-lead. Monitor funnel performance and activity metrics, enforce SLAs, coach representatives through call and deal reviews, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, messaging, handoffs, and customer outcomes.
