Leads strategic sourcing and category management across direct and indirect spend. Manage pre-owned vehicle sales inventory, including test drives, documentation, checklists, website updates, cleaning, detailing, and auction preparation. Provide customer service, answer questions, support sales teams, complete vehicle ownership transfers through Service Ontario or SAAQ, and communicate with branch and car sales managers.

Coordinates export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping labels. Verifies accuracy and compliance with customs and international trade requirements, maintains documentation records, monitors regulatory changes, coordinates with internal teams and external brokers or freight forwarders, resolves discrepancies, and prepares shipment and compliance reports.
