Build and nurture Vital Farms’ consumer community across email, social media, phone, and mail. Respond to inquiries, manage engagement across six social platforms, identify consumer trends, provide recurring analytics and insights, collaborate on content development, and strengthen brand loyalty through authentic interactions. The role requires strong organization, interpersonal communication, customer service or community management experience, and alignment with ethical food, animal welfare, and sustainable agriculture values.

Leads and builds Vital Farms’ FP&A function, overseeing enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, financial reporting, scenario analysis, and decision support. Partners with executives and business functions to manage revenue, margins, cash, capital, and operational risks. Presents analyses to senior leadership and the Board, improves finance systems and reporting automation, and develops a high-performing FP&A team in a remote, public-company environment.
