The Business Development Representative generates leads, supports enterprise sales growth, engages clients, and collaborates with marketing and sales teams in the financial services sector.

Provide technical pre- and post-sales support for Pico's low-latency market data and connectivity products. Design and document bespoke network and infrastructure solutions, lead client presentations/whiteboards, produce proposals and solution diagrams, support proofs-of-concept, collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams, and templatize repeatable solutions.

Customer-facing SRE supporting Redline products: troubleshoot production issues, replicate and verify fixes, manage upgrades, monitoring, performance tuning, exchange-driven testing, automation/scripting, and collaborate with development, server, and network teams to ensure customer success.

Design, develop, and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud). Build custom Apex and Lightning components, define integrations and data migrations, lead technical reviews, mentor developers, coordinate releases, and support Agile delivery to meet Quote-to-Cash and enterprise requirements.

Manage and grow assigned client accounts by qualifying leads, acting as primary client contact, building proposals, maintaining account plans in Salesforce, collaborating with product and sales engineering, and supporting sales to retain and expand recurring revenue.

Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and reusable semantic models from Oracle, Salesforce and other enterprise sources. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, write complex SQL, optimize DAX and performance, ensure data accuracy and governance, and document reusable BI standards and templates.

Implement, configure, and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Absence, Time & Labor, Performance, Goals, Compensation). Lead implementations, design accruals and compensation plans, write fast formulas and HDL, develop OTBI/BI reports and extracts, integrate via OIC/REST, and support global HR stakeholders.

Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise market-data and infrastructure products; perform root-cause analysis, escalate to engineering, own customer technical inquiries, contribute to support tooling and knowledge management, and participate in scheduled on-call rotations for a global client base.

The QA Engineer ensures the quality of financial products through automated testing, working in an agile environment. Responsibilities include functional testing, automation, and learning about financial markets and related methodologies.

The Network Operations Engineer ensures operational stability of Pico's electronic trading network, diagnosing issues, managing incidents, and maintaining documentation while supporting clients and collaborating on technology initiatives.
