Provides People and Culture advice, employee and industrial relations support, and assistance with talent, workforce planning, organisational change, and succession initiatives. Lead the group statutory financial reporting and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Partner with finance and business teams, oversee auditors, prepare board-level reporting, mentor the reporting team, and manage reporting-related projects. The role requires advanced consolidation accounting knowledge, CA/CPA qualification, strong stakeholder management, ERP experience, and preferably energy industry exposure.

Lead AI product discovery and enablement across Portfolio Valuation. Identify high-value AI opportunities through user research, workflow mapping, and stakeholder workshops; define requirements, success measures, and adoption plans; support pilots and releases; develop education and reusable guidance; research AI market developments and vendor capabilities; and manage an opportunity pipeline from discovery through implementation and adoption.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and team for AGL’s Flexible Product portfolio. The role drives electrification and customer flexibility initiatives, product adoption, profitability, retention, and customer value. It manages Product and Proposition Managers, partners with e-Mobility and Electrification leaders, and improves product governance, delivery practices, and capability. Candidates need product or proposition management experience, people leadership, regulated-industry experience, and knowledge of EVs, batteries, solar, distributed energy resources, or customer flexibility products.

Support discovery and definition of business and technical requirements for electrification and energy solutions. Analyze processes, integrations, data flows, system impacts, and operational risks; create process maps, data mappings, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, align Product, Technology, Operations, Pricing, and Regulatory stakeholders, and support backlog refinement, testing, release readiness, and handover.

Support AGL’s compliance management program by maintaining obligations registers, compliance plans, controls, and governance documentation. Coordinate monitoring, assurance, audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking. Prepare governance reports and dashboards, assist operational teams with compliance requirements, and identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities across energy assets and corporate functions.

Partner with operational teams across energy assets to identify, assess, and manage risks. Facilitate risk workshops and reviews, guide control and treatment planning, maintain risk registers and governance reporting, coach teams on risk frameworks, and identify emerging issues and continuous-improvement opportunities. The role requires regular travel to operational sites and strong stakeholder partnering skills.

Provides administrative and operational support for sales enablement activities, including product and pricing changes, sales readiness, content updates, external training materials, stakeholder queries, customer onboarding, trade creation, exception management, compliance reporting, UAT, and process improvements across external sales channels.
