Drive new member growth for charter and private schools through outbound prospecting, high-volume multi-channel outreach, pipeline building, and lead qualification. Partner with Account Executives and Member Success to schedule meetings, support onboarding, guide enrollment and activation, and maintain CRM records to ensure early member value realization and ongoing engagement.

Manage a book of charter and private school members to retain and grow contract revenue. Drive full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through deal execution and expansion, develop account strategies, present ROI-based value cases, negotiate, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, partner with Member Success and cross-functional teams, and represent BuyQ in member interactions and industry events.

Lead and scale a unified Revenue Operations function (sales ops, analytics, forecasting, enablement, revenue technology). Drive revenue planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, tech strategy, process optimization, and enablement. Partner with CRO and Finance to improve predictability and performance while building a high-performing team and governance to support growth.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will manage supplier agreements, advise on compliance matters, and support group purchasing operations while providing strategic legal guidance.

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close; assist financial statement and management reporting; coordinate tax matters; support audits; improve processes and leverage AI and ERP tools (Dynamics 365 Business Central); partner with cross-functional teams and assist on ad hoc analysis and projects.

Own and grow contract revenue across new and existing private-equity portfolio company members. Generate outbound pipeline, manage full sales cycle, build C-suite relationships across Procurement, IT, HR, Logistics, Travel, and Finance; forecast and meet quarterly targets; record pipeline in Salesforce; negotiate deals and transition accounts to Member Success.

Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions (agents, copilots, RAG) that integrate with Snowflake and dbt, automate workflows, and deliver measurable ROI across the enterprise.
