The role leads complex projects, develops integrations using Azure Data Factory, Dell Boomi, REST APIs, and related technologies, and serves as a technical and functional resource for client teams.

Oversee accounting activities with emphasis on Accounts Payable: document and improve processes, manage AP team, reconcile accounts, perform month- and year-end close, prepare financial reports and P&L variance analysis, administer Concur, resolve escalations, and support AP integrations for acquisitions.

Manage partner operations to drive pipeline visibility and execution: maintain partner data in Salesforce, analyze overlap/whitespace with Crossbeam, support territory planning, coordinate business reviews, monitor partner health, and enable adoption of AI-enabled offerings while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.

Lead and deliver eDiscovery and data management engagements: assess, implement, enhance, remediate, and support eDiscovery programs; manage client relationships, project delivery, team development, and business development for legal technology solutions.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with employees and leaders to implement HR initiatives, improve engagement, manage talent processes, and provide guidance on HR matters.

Support advisory engagements for corporate law departments by collecting and analyzing data, producing presentations and reports, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to optimize legal operations and service delivery.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles with emphasis on AI talent. Partner with leaders to build sourcing strategies, pipelines, and candidate evaluation for LLMs, prompt engineering, ML, and AI governance roles. Maintain ATS data, report metrics, document recruiting best practices, and deliver strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
