Lead design and launch of GeneDx's first Employee Relations function. Manage full ER lifecycle (~130 cases/year) including investigations, terminations, coaching, and policy interpretation. Build playbooks, case management infrastructure, manager toolkits, and reporting. Partner with Legal, reduce legal risk, enable leaders, ensure compliance with employment laws, and monitor ER hotspots.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to executives across Commercial, Marketing, and Production Lab. Lead organization design, succession planning, executive talent reviews, and large-scale change. Coach senior leaders, assess talent health and retention risk, use people analytics to inform decisions, and partner with People COEs to drive culture and leadership effectiveness.

Support and manage EHR Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability lifecycle activities. Monitor and triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and vendors, run testing and validation, document interfaces and workflows, and support onboarding and go-live for partners. Use support tools to track requests and drive continuous improvement across integration, testing, and implementation processes.
