The Associate, Project Development manages and supports the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from proposal to construction. Responsibilities include project siting, permitting, engineering collaboration, contract negotiation, and securing financing for projects across the Central U.S.

The Wind Technician is responsible for maintaining wind turbine components, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Duties include troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, and assisting with site operations while ensuring safety procedures are followed. Technicians may progress through different levels, taking on greater responsibilities and tasks involving more complex mechanical and electrical issues.
