The Relationship Manager advises and manages relationships with private clients, ensuring exceptional service, handling renewals, and mentoring associates while promoting growth within the private client practice.

The Client Manager acts as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries, analyzing data, developing strategies, and conducting market comparisons while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Provide day-to-day client services for commercial insurance accounts including processing policies, endorsements, certificates, billing, and audits. Advise clients on coverage, support producers with proposals and meetings, maintain agency management records, and ensure timely, accurate servicing while managing multiple priorities in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Serve as primary client contact for benefits consulting: analyze client data, conduct market comparisons, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums, develop benefit strategies, ensure compliance, support marketing and new business, lead enrollment communications, and maintain agency documentation.

Support producers and practice leaders in business development and client service for employee benefits: research prospects, maintain CRM data, prepare proposals and sales materials, coordinate meetings and events, assist onboarding and renewals, track deliverables, and provide administrative support to service teams.

Support Client Executive/Manager with benefits account maintenance and day-to-day service: prepare RFPs and marketing spreadsheets, draft open enrollment materials, assist enrollments and health fairs, process BORs and invoices, update client/internal systems, collect contracts and data, resolve billing/claims issues, and provide administrative support.

Support day-to-day operational aspects of commercial insurance accounts: client communication, certificates, policy changes, renewals, invoicing, audits, document posting, reporting, and administrative tasks using company portals and systems.
