Leads and coaches a product marketing team while owning go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, market research, persona development, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for Benevity’s enterprise platform. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Content, Website, and Demand Generation teams to align strategy, deliver customer insights, support launches, and strengthen the buyer journey.

Serves as the post-sales technical lead for assigned B2B SaaS clients, guiding platform decisions, configurations, enhancements, training, technical escalations, and issue resolution. Partners with Client Success and internal SMEs to optimize client programs, improve adoption, analyze data, identify risks, and recommend growth opportunities. Builds trusted client relationships, manages stakeholder expectations, and develops program health reviews that drive business outcomes.

Partners with Client Success and internal teams to resolve issues, conduct program health reviews, recommend improvements, and align solutions with client objectives. Builds trusted client relationships while aligning technical solutions with business and CSR objectives.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for Benevity’s data platform. Design and build scalable streaming and batch pipelines, AWS lakehouse and medallion architecture, metadata governance, semantic layers, and data products. Establish configuration-driven workflows, data contracts, quality standards, observability, and automated CI governance. Partner with architects and product stakeholders, develop AI-assisted engineering tools, document architecture, deliver proofs of concept, and mentor engineers while guiding platform modernization.

Develop machine learning and statistical models for recommendations, predictions, classification, personalization, anomaly detection, and other B2B SaaS features. Perform data exploration, feature engineering, experimentation, model evaluation, and advanced analytics. Collaborate with product, data, and AI engineering teams to deploy production-ready models, build reproducible pipelines, monitor model performance, and communicate insights. Contribute to ethical, interpretable, robust, and scalable AI solutions.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for Benevity’s data platform. Designs and builds streaming and batch pipelines, AWS lakehouse and medallion architectures, semantic layers, governed data products, metadata systems, and developer tooling. Establishes data contracts, lineage, quality, observability, and CI-enforced governance while modernizing warehouse environments. Partners with architects and product stakeholders, leads technical strategy, develops proof of concepts, documents architecture, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted development practices.

Develop machine learning and statistical models for recommendations, predictions, classification, personalization, anomaly detection, and other SaaS product features. Perform data exploration, feature engineering, experimentation, model evaluation, and advanced analytics. Collaborate with product, AI engineering, and data teams to deploy production models, build training pipelines and monitoring tools, and communicate insights. Contribute to ethical, robust, interpretable, and scalable AI solutions.

Owns the infrastructure, security, deployment lifecycle, governance, and integrations for Benevity’s internal applications. Responsibilities include building AWS environments, managing access through Okta, monitoring vulnerabilities, maintaining application inventories, establishing integration standards, developing reusable integrations with enterprise systems, and deciding whether inherited applications should be retained, migrated, or retired. The role also supports Workato, BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau, and AI tooling while partnering with stakeholders on technical strategy and estate health.
