Responsibilities include product demonstrations, solution architecture, integration scoping, API prototyping, OAuth/OIDC/SAML and SSO configuration, REST API troubleshooting, documentation, root-cause analysis, and customer technical advocacy. The role partners with Product and Engineering, builds onboarding tools and sample integrations, communicates with technical and executive audiences, and requires occasional travel to customer sites and events.
