Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support: manage office inventory and vendors, coordinate onboarding and events, cover front desk duties, track expenses and receipts, assist HR/Finance/Recruiting/Legal, leverage AI to streamline processes, and run special projects to keep the workplace functioning efficiently.
