The Director of Microbiology leads innovation in microbiology research and product development while ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing laboratory operations targeted at pharmaceutical solutions.

Design, implement, test, and deploy full‑stack software for commercial lab/medical products. Serve as secondary technical lead, shape architecture, build front‑end and back‑end services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and support cloud and on‑prem deployments while collaborating with product, science, and cross‑functional teams.

Support monthly financial close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, cash application, and forecasting. Partner cross-functionally, assist with audits, improve processes, and ensure U.S. GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
