Develop new enterprise and upper mid-market consulting business in the Omaha/Lincoln market, manage ongoing client relationships, identify business and technology needs, create proposals and statements of work, close customized solutions, cultivate channel partnerships, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams. The role is remote, requires residence within 25 miles of Omaha, and includes occasional travel up to 10%.

Develop new enterprise and upper mid-market business, manage client accounts, and serve as a trusted consulting advisor. Prospect and qualify leads, collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and close SOW contracts, identify business improvement opportunities, build channel partnerships, maintain CRM records, and support localized marketing activities. The role is remote within specified target markets, includes up to 10% travel, and has no direct reports.

Lead an eight-week Azure cloud governance and FinOps engagement. Assess governance and financial-management gaps; implement management groups, Azure Policies, tagging standards, Terraform and GitHub Actions workflows; establish compliance reporting, remediation, cost allocation, showback, and optimization processes; quantify savings; create documentation and runbooks; and coach client teams while presenting recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

Partner with clients to design, develop, modernize, and support production full-stack applications using .NET/C#. Lead feature delivery from discovery through deployment, contribute to architecture and DevOps practices, improve engineering quality (TDD, CI/CD, IaC), and mentor client teams to leave them better equipped to maintain and evolve software.
