Oversee strategic revenue growth and complex sales cycles while building executive partnerships and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for high-impact results.

Lead end-to-end ML data engineering: build and own pipelines that convert raw telemetry and video into versioned, governed training and benchmark datasets. Design schema, storage, dataset versioning, governance, reader/writer libraries, and integrations for researchers; partner with annotation, edge, and MLOps teams and provide technical mentorship.

Lead and grow fullstack, frontend, and backend engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-native services and performant user interfaces. Drive architecture for real-time video and IoT data streams, API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC), CI/CD, developer velocity, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, Security, Infrastructure, and AI/ML teams.
