Own day-to-day brand strategy execution across campaigns, creative briefs, agency relationships, retail spaces, and brand initiatives. Manage agency deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality; coordinate cross-functional marketing execution; enforce brand standards; monitor competitors and trends; and track campaign performance and brand metrics. Coordinate Clutch’s wholesale, dealer, and export transactions, including vehicle title and ownership documentation, bills of sale, payment and pickup verification, margin tracking, lane audits, and inventory reconciliation. The role also manages wholesale plates, insurance renewals, and equipment tracking for operational teams while coordinating with internal departments, dealers, and auction partners.

Lead production engineering and Lean transformation initiatives for vehicle reconditioning operations. Analyze throughput, quality, cost, and safety metrics; improve processes and facility layouts using CAD; conduct time-and-motion studies; establish staffing models; standardize work; and eliminate bottlenecks. Own cross-functional production projects from scoping through execution, coordinating vendors, budgets, and timelines while partnering with production, software, finance, safety, and shop-floor teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts: build relationships, source and onboard dealers, drive auction participation and bids, execute full auction cycle, maintain high outreach and KPIs, resolve dealer issues, and track activity using CRM tools to drive repeat sales and revenue growth.

Lead integrated programs spanning capital projects, operational initiatives, production ramps, engineering, facilities, supply chain, and software. Manage dependencies, resource conflicts, timelines, risks, issues, and tradeoffs while driving cross-functional teams toward decisions. Use production data to develop recovery plans, maintain planning and resourcing tools, support resequencing, and establish scalable operating rhythms for a rapidly growing automotive operations environment.

Define Clutch’s Platform Engineering strategy and build its internal developer platform from the ground up. Own CI/CD architecture, AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, deployment workflows, developer self-service tooling, observability, security standards, and reusable infrastructure patterns. The role requires organization-wide technical leadership, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to improve developer productivity, reliability, and operational excellence across multiple teams.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable, secure microservices. Drive engineering standards, code reviews, architecture decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and introduce tools/process improvements.
