Leads the sales organization and integrated revenue strategy for a veterinary staffing marketplace. Responsibilities include designing territory and coverage models, forecasting, quota attainment, enablement, hiring, coaching, capacity planning, CRM and GTM systems, automation, and cross-functional alignment. The VP of Sales will scale repeatable sales motions, improve operating rigor, manage budgets and unit economics, and lead organizational and compensation transformations while maintaining performance.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack features for Roo’s veterinary staffing marketplace. Develop across the React Native mobile app and backend services, contribute to architecture, write unit and end-to-end tests, resolve production issues, improve observability and reliability, and support CI/CD deployments. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data, and engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical improvements.
