Lead end-to-end AI product development: design, build, deploy, and iterate AI-native features (agents, RAG, tool-use). Lead and scale Customer Success and Onboarding as a player-coach: own NRR/GRR, activation, time-to-value and adoption metrics; manage strategic accounts; refine playbooks, SLAs, and health scores; build AI-powered automations and operational tooling; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, RevOps, and Marketing to improve onboarding predictability, retention, and customer outcomes.
