As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your allied health expertise to attract new clients, demonstrate VALD systems, and nurture relationships while traveling to attend industry events.

Manage onboarding and ongoing support for an assigned portfolio of clients using VALD systems. Deliver online presentations, build client relationships, identify needs and growth opportunities, track activity and reporting with HubSpot and Microsoft tools, and problem-solve independently to ensure successful implementation and adoption of VALD technology.

Field-based sales role owning a defined territory: generate pipeline via outbound prospecting and marketing, perform in-person and virtual product demos, manage trials, close full-cycle sales with CRM tracking, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, represent VALD at events, and travel regionally (about 50%). Requires transporting demo equipment and working flexible hours for conferences and client needs.
