As a Business Development Manager, you will utilize prior experience in allied health to drive sales, connect with clients, and represent VALD at conferences while demonstrating product value.

Drive sales by leveraging allied-health clinical experience to demonstrate VALD systems, set up product trials, nurture leads, manage distributor relationships, attend conferences, and meet sales targets using CRM and office tools.

Provide expert-level technical support for VALD's suite of human-measurement products. Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone and email, liaise with global teams, work with engineering to improve support processes, and deliver timely, high-quality customer service. Full product training provided.

Territory-focused field sales role targeting allied health and performance clients. Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, deliver in-person and virtual product demonstrations, manage trials, work full-cycle with Contracts and Client Success, achieve monthly/quarterly system sales quotas, and maintain CRM records.
