Serve as the bridge between insurance stakeholders and Guidewire delivery teams: elicit and translate policy, claims, and billing requirements into Guidewire-aligned specifications, support configuration and integrations, document product model and data migration needs, facilitate workshops and UAT, and contribute to change management and go-live support.

Lead design and delivery of Guidewire solutions: hands-on development, configurations, integrations, migrations and full implementations. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders, and coordinate with onshore/offshore resources to ensure quality outcomes.

Validate Guidewire PolicyCenter functionality and end-to-end integrations. Create and execute functional, UI, rules, workflow, regression, and API tests. Verify backend data via SQL, analyze logs and payloads, log defects, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support automation efforts where applicable.

Design, configure, and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter functionality (submissions, quoting, issuance, renewals, cancellations). Develop GOSU-based rules, PCF UI, and PolicyCenter product/data models. Build SOAP/REST integrations, messaging (JMS), and integration plugins; support unit testing, SIT/UAT, performance tuning, and technical documentation. Collaborate with BAs, QA, architects, and offshore/onshore Agile teams.
