Supports employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, Workday transactions, leave administration, benefits reporting, invoice reconciliation, commuter benefits, recognition platform administration, and employee inquiries. Maintains accurate people data, HR knowledge content, and operational documentation while identifying process improvements and escalating complex issues. The role requires strong confidentiality, responsiveness, attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and operate People-system integrations with Workday at the center. Own end-to-end integration lifecycle, collaborate on AI-enabled automation, support production reliability, and partner cross-functionally to improve HR workflows and data quality.

Provide hands-on end user and platform support, troubleshoot IT tickets, manage assets, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
