Provide high-touch administrative and operational support to the Chief Product & Technology Officer: manage email and calendars (work and personal), coordinate travel and events, prepare briefings and communications, develop task management systems, use AI tooling to automate workflows, handle sensitive materials, and coordinate across senior leadership to drive execution and operational excellence.

Lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams on Fora's Finance pod to build the financial operating system. Develop and maintain advisor payment systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and financial transparency; manage backend services.

Own end-to-end booking ingestion and advisor payouts; design and automate workflows, build KPIs and reporting, lead and grow a HQ and offshore FinOps team, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Advisor Experience to resolve payment issues and scale operations.

Design and implement scalable backend systems for advisor payments, ensuring accuracy and performance, while collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience.
