AMOpportunities is seeking a Greater Chicago Metro Pediatric Preceptor. The preceptor will be responsible for hosting clinical rotations for medical, PA, and nursing students. The program will include observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research. Preceptors are paid a stipend upon trainee's successful completion of the program. Essential functions include hosting a minimum of 36 hours per week, supervising observation activities, timely responsiveness, and adhering to professionalism standards. Qualifications include holding a medical license, board certification in Pediatrics for physicians, PNP certification for APRNs, and practicing in Pediatrics for 2+ years for PA/APRNs.

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support the Customer Success department, institutional partners, and all AMO trainees to provide impeccable service throughout their user journey. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction with our services and rotations, which leads to customer retention, building loyalty and increasing repeat orders. This role will have a strong focus on Domestic/B2B but will also support Customer Success Coaches and International/B2C trainees as needed.
