Evaluates IT systems, controls, and processes through walkthroughs, risk assessments, control effectiveness testing, regulatory compliance audits, and detailed workpaper preparation. Reviews cybersecurity, access controls, network security, application controls, change management, disaster recovery, data protection, and IT governance. The role collaborates with private equity sponsors, borrowers, legal counsel, and banking partners.

Leads underwriting and closing of asset-based Lender Finance and Fund Finance loans. Responsibilities include evaluating credit quality, structuring transactions, conducting market and sponsor due diligence, building financial models and sensitivities, preparing approval materials, presenting deals to the Loan Committee, managing borrower relationships, monitoring loan covenants, coordinating closings, and supervising assigned employees.
