The SVP, Director of Project Management oversees the PMO, develops strategic project management operations, maintains compliance, trains project managers, and responds to project issues while monitoring metrics and delivering reports to management.

Underwrite new transactions and manage an assigned loan portfolio by analyzing financial statements and sponsor models, preparing investment memorandums, reviewing third-party diligence and legal documents, conducting industry research, monitoring covenants and performance, supporting amendments/waivers, and coordinating deliverables and portfolio reviews.
