The Administrative Assistant will support the Office of Head Start Training and Technical Assistance team by providing general administrative support, event planning, data aggregation, and report preparation. The role requires multitasking and effective communication to assist with various tasks as directed by the Regional TTA Coordinator.

The Grantee Specialist provides training and technical assistance to grantees in governance, program management, and fiscal operations, including addressing noncompliance and developing Quality Improvement Plans. They coordinate with multiple specialists to ensure effective integration of services and maintain communication with Regional Office staff. Effective presentation and training support for program management enhancements are also required.

The Grantee Specialist Manager will provide oversight and coaching to Grantee Specialists, implement quality assurance systems, develop professional development programs, communicate with Regional Office staff, conduct field observations, and aggregate TTA data to improve services for grantees within the Office of Head Start.
