The Customer Value Architect will engage with clients to drive adoption of the Neara platform, ensuring its value and ROI are clear while supporting customers' strategic objectives and needs.

Generate outbound pipeline and support enterprise sales for a technical B2B SaaS product. Partner with Enterprise AEs across the sales cycle, run discovery, craft value-based messaging, manage multi-stakeholder deals, deliver presentations and RFPs, and translate technical features into measurable business impact.

Embed with strategic utility customers to design and build custom solutions on the Neara platform. Develop features, visualizations, UI, and integrations using the Neara SDK, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and Python. Serve as technical architect and advisor, lead training/workshops, and align platform configuration and data integrations with customer systems.

Work closely with strategic utility customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of the Neara platform. Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, embed solutions, define business cases and ROI metrics, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and value realization.
