The Head of Legal (Commercial) will lead the legal function for the Commercial team, provide expert legal advice for deals, manage junior lawyers, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and collaborate with the executive team on business decisions in the cryptocurrency sector.

Develop trading strategies within the cryptocurrency markets, work with traders to improve and invent trading strategies, develop C++ and Python applications, collaborate with teams, monitor trading systems, identify opportunities for improvement, engage in system design discussions.
