Execute North America demand generation and ABM programs to activate target manufacturing accounts and drive pipeline. Launch multi-touch campaigns (email/Marketo, paid media, webinars, events), coordinate with BDRs for sales follow-up, maintain marketing database hygiene, and track pipeline and account engagement via Salesforce/BI dashboards. Support asset coordination with global teams and optimize programs to improve account activation, pipeline creation, and velocity.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage complex support cases, document solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality support for QAD products.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QAD and Progress products; perform Progress DBA tasks (optimization, backups, restores); install, upgrade and configure ERP systems; resolve escalated cases; create documentation and training materials; collaborate with R&D and Product teams; participate in 24/7 shift rotations, weekend shifts, and on-call coverage to support global customers.
