The Sales Enablement Specialist develops onboarding and training programs, creates instructional content and sales assets, manages CRM, LMS, sales engagement, and AI coaching tools, and analyzes enablement KPIs. The role translates product updates into rep-facing materials, facilitates sales kickoffs and field sessions, and evaluates learning effectiveness using ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick frameworks.

Owns sales enablement programs, onboarding, training, instructional design, and sales content. Manages CRM, sales engagement, LMS, and AI coaching tools while creating playbooks, decks, case studies, and learning materials. Tracks enablement KPIs, evaluates program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels, translates product updates into sales messaging, and facilitates sales kickoffs, QBRs, and regional training sessions.

Leads multiple engineering teams and managers responsible for QAD’s ERP platform, foundational capabilities, AI-driven customer transformation, modernization, quality, reliability, and delivery. Partners across Product, Services, Architecture, Security, DevOps, and external engineering organizations to evolve mature enterprise software, accelerate customer upgrades, establish technical direction, and develop engineering leadership talent.

Owns critical customer account escalations from initiation through stabilization and closure. Coordinates Support, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams; drives resolution plans, prioritization, case hygiene, war-room response, stakeholder communications, root-cause analysis, and post-escalation improvements. Requires strong ERP, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, incident management, and technical troubleshooting knowledge, along with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage.

Develop, maintain, test, and deploy enterprise full-stack applications using Java, Progress, web technologies, REST services, and relational databases. Analyze requirements, enhance software modules, troubleshoot customer issues, document solutions, collaborate with QA and stakeholders, and participate in Agile delivery and CI/CD. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting team members, and serving as backup for the Team Lead.

Provides frontline technical support for QAD and Progress enterprise products, troubleshooting installation, configuration, upgrade, database, and system issues. Manages support tickets within SLAs, documents resolutions, contributes to knowledge resources, communicates with customers, and escalates complex incidents. The role includes basic Progress DBA tasks, collaboration with internal teams, continuous learning, rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and potential on-call support.

Provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the COO and other executives. Responsibilities include complex calendar management across time zones, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, confidential correspondence, presentations, action-item follow-up, budget and travel-spend tracking, and project coordination. The role requires strong organization, discretion, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.

Provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the COO and other executives. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and presentations, handling expenses and budgets, arranging domestic and international travel, maintaining confidentiality, and tracking action items. The role also supports project coordination, communications, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements in a global SaaS organization.

Provides advanced technical and ERP support for QAD and Progress products, including installations, upgrades, configurations, database administration, optimization, backups, and troubleshooting. Handles complex escalated customer cases, documents solutions, develops training content, and collaborates with R&D, Product Management, and global support teams. Requires participation in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and potential on-call support.

Build and deploy AI-powered integrations, LLM tools, and agentic workflows across Salesforce and the B2B GTM stack. Optimize revenue operations through predictive modeling, data integrity, next-best-action recommendations, retention automation, content distribution, and technology consolidation. Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success while training teams to use AI tools effectively.
