Lead end-to-end delivery of Scout's automotive cloud and connected services, overseeing multi-workstream execution (OTA, diagnostics, mobile, data, cloud). Align cross-functional teams and external partners, enforce governance, report program status to leadership, mitigate risks, remove delivery bottlenecks, and adopt scalable PM tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, PMO reporting).
