Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial matters with emphasis on procurement, supplier and manufacturing agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; develop templates and contracting processes; partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and outside counsel; support company growth and internal training. Role requires onsite collaboration and occasional travel.

Develop and validate high-fidelity rigid and flexible multibody dynamics (MBD) models, run full-vehicle virtual proving ground simulations, generate and cascade loads for durability analysis, perform fatigue and FEA-based damage prediction, optimize chassis and suspension kinematics, establish co-simulation workflows, correlate simulations with test data, and lead cross-functional technical reporting and automation efforts.

Support container management by scheduling and tracking empties, maintaining transport container inventory, identifying supply-chain risks, coordinating countermeasures with stakeholders and suppliers, and enabling reliable container loops between Scout and supplier plants. Assist with planning, process digitalization, complaint handling, and cross-departmental alignment to secure container availability.

Support body-in-white production by using metrology and SPC to maintain dimensional accuracy, develop DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans, implement containment actions, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive product improvements using fixtures/shims/jigs, and support pilot builds and joining operations.

Lead commercial and brand finance strategy and operations, owning FP&A, consolidated P&L, governance, month-end close, forecasting, and financial controls. Partner with commercial leaders, define systems and data requirements, scale the commercial finance organization, hire leadership, and develop a high-performing team to enable disciplined decision-making across vehicle sales, aftersales, retail, and brand.

Coordinate software release activities across multiple controllers and suppliers, serve as liaison between hardware DREs, function owners and calibration teams, lead HW/SW interface troubleshooting, ensure hardware support for software milestones, identify and escalate risks to leadership.

Execute and improve HR operational processes for a high-volume manufacturing workforce: manage HRIS workforce transactions, lead plant onboarding, administer time and attendance, support employees and leaders, analyze workforce metrics, ensure compliance through audits, and document/standardize procedures to improve scalability and service delivery.

Define and maintain OBD requirements for IUMPR performance; develop monitor enable conditions, execution criteria, and numerator/denominator logic; ensure in-use performance across drive cycles and electrified powertrains; collaborate with systems, calibration, and software teams; analyze vehicle and HIL/test data; define validation, acceptance criteria, and traceability; support regulatory readiness, test planning, and cross-phase coordination for SDV and OTA-capable vehicles.

Lead the design and development of scalable AI platforms, collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions, and mentor AI engineers. Focus on machine learning, generative AI, data architectures, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Own and maintain Design Verification Plans (DVPs), track and align validation activities across component, subsystem, and full-vehicle levels, perform gap analyses, manage cross-functional coordination, report validation status and risks, and improve DVP and validation processes to support prototype and pre-series readiness.
