Owns retail and distribution accounts across North New Jersey, driving revenue, profitability, account growth, merchandising, promotions, inventory availability, and in-store execution. Responsibilities include cold outreach, retailer relationship management, business reviews, forecasting, CRM updates, activations, staff education, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires extensive territory travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and physical handling of materials and products.

Leads product and portfolio marketing for PAX’s device and cannabis consumables businesses. Owns portfolio strategy, positioning, pricing, lifecycle planning, and multichannel go-to-market execution. Translates consumer insights, market data, and technical details into differentiated commercial strategies. Coordinates Product, Creative, Sales, E-commerce, Operations, Finance, and Insights teams, while tracking launch and product performance to drive optimization, growth, and profitability.

Manage hardware product development programs from concept through production: own schedules, NPI gates, risk mitigation, vendor engagement, DVT/PVT transitions, reporting to leadership, and support factory builds.
