Serve as the primary bridge between sales and delivery to lead onboarding for enterprise clients. Define implementation plans, align stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth transition from contract to go-live to drive successful adoption.

Design, build, and operate scalable public REST APIs and integration foundations. Implement platform standards (auth, rate limiting, versioning), large-scale batch/bulk sync, CI/CD, testing and monitoring. Produce SDKs and developer docs, support integrations/marketplace, ensure security, auditability, and production ownership (on-call, incident response, performance/SLOs).

Design, build, and maintain a shared quality platform and test automation frameworks, including AI-assisted test generation. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, improve reliability, mitigate flaky tests, create validation tools for AI features, and collaborate with Product, SRE, and Quality Advocates to raise engineering quality across teams.

Design, build, and operate public-facing REST APIs and integration platform components. Implement platform standards (auth, rate limiting, versioning), bulk/batch sync, contract testing, CI/CD, SDKs, and integration marketplace workflows. Own production services end-to-end (monitoring, on-call, incident response) and improve reliability, performance, and developer experience for enterprise integrations.

Build and maintain authentication, authorization, and user management services across web and mobile. Implement IAM features, contribute to scalable identity systems, write secure testable C# and TypeScript code, design/consume REST or GraphQL APIs, document systems, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve reliability and developer experience.

Lead and grow a team of 5–6 product developers to deliver high-quality, reliable software. Partner with product and design, champion CI/CD, testing, observability, and provide visibility to leadership while hiring and mentoring engineers.
