Administer U.S. biweekly payroll in Workday for exempt and non-exempt employees, including off-cycle payments, deductions, taxes, equity, benefits, time, and absence transactions. Review payroll calculations, reconcile results, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, manage employee inquiries, and support payroll audits, SOX controls, tax compliance, and year-end W-2 activities. Partner with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, Legal, and managers while improving payroll processes.

Leads end-to-end, multi-state U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Oversees payroll controls, tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, governance, system enhancements, and process improvement. Partners with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Benefits, IT, and external vendors, while serving as the payroll subject matter expert. Supports organizational changes, resolves escalated inquiries, analyzes payroll metrics, and provides functional leadership, coaching, and talent development for payroll operations.

Manages HR data governance, integrity, privacy, reporting, analytics, and Workday change control. Performs audits, reconciliations, access reviews, data issue resolution, requirements gathering, testing, UAT coordination, implementation validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to improve data quality, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Lead organization design, change management, and leadership development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning, talent and promotion processes, performance systems, and measurement of OD impact. Drive global programs, culture, and capability building for sustainable growth.
