Supports enterprise SaaS sales and leads customer implementations from technical discovery through go-live. The role designs solution narratives, configures and builds API integrations, coordinates agency and engineering delivery, manages scope and timelines, and trains or hands off customers to Customer Success. It also serves as a platform expert, contributes to RFPs and documentation, tests new features, and feeds customer insights to Product. Regular travel to creator offices and venues is required, sometimes at short notice.

Own Easol’s UK Music go-to-market strategy, including market sizing, segmentation, ICP definition, territory design, sales coverage, revenue targets, and forecasting. Build and lead the UK Account Executive team, personally support complex deals, develop senior industry relationships, and represent Easol at festivals and events. Partner cross-functionally on demand generation, customer expansion, deal structures, and product feedback while introducing AI and modern sales tools to improve productivity.

Own a portfolio of Easol creators, supporting onboarding, platform usage, issue resolution, billing, launches, retention, and adoption. Investigate technical issues, coordinate with Product and Engineering, provide proactive guidance, manage escalations, and share customer insights. The role combines responsive support with customer success ownership, requiring strong relationship-building, technical aptitude, SaaS experience, and operational effectiveness. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position from January 2027 through March 2028.

Sell Easol's platform to North American music creators and festivals. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, manage CRM and forecasts, close mid-market deals, and coordinate with Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to deliver commercial outcomes and scale the NA music sales playbook.

Lead Entertainment (LBE) sales to deliver multi-million dollar new business, run complex $200k+ ACV multi-stakeholder deals, manage two sales reps, build pipeline and playbooks, partner cross-functionally (Marketing, CS, Product, Finance), and represent Easol externally to grow market presence.

Serve as a technical lead in pre-sales and post-sale enterprise deployments: run technical discovery, design integration architectures, coordinate agency and internal engineering work, embed on-site at creator locations globally, extend APIs as needed, and hand over to customer success with clear documentation.
