Lead end-to-end production of interview-led video programming, focusing on CEO and executive conversations. Oversee editorial development, host prep, multi-camera shoots, post-production, livestreams, and platform-native distribution. Use audience data to optimize formats and build scalable production systems while maintaining editorial standards across events and on-demand programming.

Entry-level newsroom fellow supporting video production across Semafor verticals: administrative tasks, research, producing and editing social videos, scripting with reporters, and assisting live events and post-production to publish timely clips.

Lead packaging, clipping, and distribution of Semafor journalism across social and digital platforms. Identify high-value moments, create platform-native copy and short-form video, publish and optimize content, support event live-posting and promotional campaigns, and collaborate with newsroom, video, audio, and audience teams to grow reach while maintaining editorial standards.

Lead and write Semafor's Flagship briefing for an elite, time-poor audience; shape tone and coverage, collaborate across the newsroom, contribute to other reporting, help build the Semafor app, and represent the brand at events and media.

Provide high-caliber executive support to the CEO (calendar, travel, communications, briefings, expense reporting, and project coordination) while running day-to-day Washington, D.C. office operations (front-of-house hospitality, supplies, vendor and building liaison, badge management, basic IT troubleshooting). Support HR onboarding and offboarding, maintain records and filing, manage interns, and handle confidential matters with discretion to enable executive leverage and a polished in-office experience.

Provide white-glove executive engagement and logistics support for flagship live journalism events. Serve as primary liaison to C-suite and government participants, coordinate schedules and on-site agendas, maintain tracking and briefings, advise on programming and speaker alignment, and staff events as on-site point of contact. Collaborate with editorial, content, and events teams and respond promptly to executive communications.
