Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Knak’s enterprise SaaS products. Create sales enablement materials and marketing content, conduct competitive and market research, support product launches and adoption, and collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design. Measure marketing effectiveness and influence priorities without direct people management responsibilities.

Analyze go-to-market performance across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and finance. Build reporting connecting campaigns to pipeline and revenue, investigate funnel and attribution questions, support budget analysis and planning, improve data quality, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with AI and Data Engineering teams on marketing data agents, architecture, and source tables.

Drive new business revenue across mid-market and enterprise accounts by building pipeline, qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities, conducting discovery and demonstrations, managing stakeholder engagement, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasts, close plans, and pipeline coverage while collaborating with Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Meet revenue targets through consultative selling and continuous improvement.

Build and scale backend systems for Knak’s AI-powered marketing automation platform. Develop Laravel APIs, Python and Node.js AI microservices, and scalable AWS infrastructure. Optimize MySQL databases, support observability and performance, maintain code quality through testing and reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor engineers.

Generates new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and creative outreach. Identifies prospective customers, presents product value, researches markets and partnerships, nurtures relationships, re-engages inactive leads, and contributes to outbound sales strategy. Uses sales performance metrics and customer insights to recommend appropriate products and services while staying current on offerings and pricing.

The Implementation Manager drives customer onboarding and ensures successful use of Knak’s platform, focusing on adoption, project management, and relationship building with clients.

Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and records, employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, employer branding, internal communications, events, and continuous process improvements using AI and automation.
