Advises lending and credit teams, challenges underwriting and portfolio decisions, monitors credit risk against risk appetite, supports regulatory compliance, develops credit training, participates in committees, prepares risk reporting, and uses analytics for predictive risk modeling.

Manages fraud risk operations, including Level 1 alert monitoring, Level 2 case investigations, escalations, and resolutions. Oversees team performance, quality standards, productivity, and SLAs. Supports BSA/AML processes and suspicious activity escalation, partners with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams, evaluates emerging fraud risks, and improves detection rules, workflows, documentation, automation, and investigative procedures.

Develops and maintains financial models, dashboards, and data workflows supporting loan sales and balance sheet optimization. Analyzes pricing, valuation, portfolio impacts, funding costs, capital usage, credit risk, liquidity, and transaction outcomes. Builds ROA, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and scenario models; integrates loan-level data using Power BI, SQL, and data-integration tools. Establishes reporting and governance standards, evaluates transaction alternatives, tracks performance, and presents recommendations to management and governance committees.

Reviews partner marketing materials for compliance with company, payment network, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborates with legal, compliance, and network operations teams; manages program submissions, partner self-approval processes, and implementation tasks. Trains partners on submission tools, conducts compliance reviews, documents findings, remediates issues, maintains service levels and quality scores, and supports enterprise projects.

Develops, tests, documents, maintains, and enhances software solutions using established design principles and development practices. The role addresses defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance improvements; participates in requirements analysis, planning, and user story development; documents standards and changes; and collaborates with and mentors software engineers. Work involves .NET technologies, source control, software development lifecycle practices, and potentially Azure or AWS cloud development.
