Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Trial Attorney to handle personal injury litigation primarily involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, responsible for trial prep, court appearances, and managing litigation cases.

The Pre-Suit Attorney will manage pre-litigation work, guide clients, draft documents, oversee negotiations, and manage a team of case managers, focusing on personal injury cases.

Represent clients at Workers' Compensation hearings and trials under attorney supervision. Prepare case files, analyze medical and legal evidence, communicate with stakeholders, draft hearing reports, maintain case records, and assist attorneys with trial preparation and post-hearing tasks.

Manage personal injury caseloads from intake to closing under attorney direction. Interact with clients, insurers, and medical providers; obtain records, prepare demands and documents, maintain organized case files, and coordinate with attorneys and coworkers to support settlements.

Handle all pre-litigation personal injury work (primarily automotive): intake, drafting/filing pre-lit documents, approvals, settlement negotiations, demand packages, EUOs and recorded statements. Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, drive KPIs and compliance, and guide clients through case process.

Manage a varied personal-injury caseload: interact with clients, order and obtain medical records, liaise with insurers and providers, prepare demands and documentation, maintain organized case files, and support attorneys from intake through closing.

Provide administrative and litigation support including scheduling, maintaining pleadings and discovery, organizing evidence and files, drafting and proofreading legal documents, client communication, billing support, legal research, and improving administrative workflows to assist attorneys in case preparation.

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases (primarily motor vehicle), lead a team of 6–10 case managers, handle pre-suit filings, approvals, settlements, and client communication while driving compliance and KPIs.
