Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Build partnerships from the ground up, negotiate agreements, create joint business plans, drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and strategic initiatives, and report partnership performance to executives. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, and Engineering to onboard clients, develop integrations, inform the product roadmap, and strengthen Numeral’s channel strategy.

Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and compliance subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO partners. Recruit and onboard new partners, deliver enablement through trainings and playbooks, track referrals and engagement in Salesforce and PRM systems, support co-marketing initiatives, nurture partner relationships, monitor channel health metrics, and collaborate with sales and senior partnerships teams to grow referral volume.

You will own the full sales cycle, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and tailor compliance automation solutions for e-commerce and fintech clients, contributing to building GTM infrastructure and representing the company at industry events.

The Senior Tax and Filings Manager will oversee filings operations, lead a distributed team, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally.

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue by managing the entire sales cycle, focusing on large global customers and transforming their sales tax and compliance processes through consultative selling.

Design and implement AI-powered automation systems, build scalable backend services, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and data teams.
