Owns customer master data, billing, sales orders, contract amendments, revenue recognition, and monthly revenue reporting in NetSuite. Manages ASC 606 compliance, deferred revenue and unbilled receivable reconciliations, SaaS metrics analysis, sales tax requirements, audit readiness, and cross-functional billing support. The role also improves processes through NetSuite automation, HubSpot integration, documentation, and practical AI use in accounting workflows.

Own customer retention, renewals, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market SaaS accounts. Monitor account health and usage signals, conduct proactive customer check-ins, identify growth opportunities, and lead renewal conversations. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, Delivery, and Adoption Specialists to improve adoption, resolve escalations, and drive measurable customer outcomes.

Provide customer support for web and mobile applications through tickets, phone, email, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate incident response, advocate for customer priorities, create training and knowledge-base content, monitor ticket trends and resolution times, test applications, and collaborate on projects. The role requires clear communication, empathy, curiosity, independent problem-solving, multitasking, and willingness to learn complex software and customer workflows.

Own Texada’s sales enablement function by building onboarding and certification programs, operationalizing sales plays, coaching teams on MEDDPICC, improving deal inspection, and developing a governed knowledge base with an AI assistant. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to create field-ready assets, accelerate ramp time, improve pipeline quality and win rates, and measure enablement adoption and business impact.
