The Principal Software Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems, mentor teams, and ensure high code quality while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Manage procure-to-pay workflow, enforce purchasing policy in NetSuite, coordinate with Accounts Payable/Finance, develop supplier/team performance metrics, improve processes, provide administrative support, and troubleshoot vendor/supply-chain issues.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available database platforms across AWS and distributed environments. Own database infrastructure as code (Terraform), run RDS/Aurora and Cassandra clusters, implement HA/DR, optimize performance, build observability, automate workflows, support migrations, and participate in on-call incident response.
