Manage DigiCert’s public-sector territory in France by prospecting new accounts, expanding existing customers, developing enterprise opportunities, building executive relationships, articulating solution value, forecasting pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing complex multi-year subscription sales. Coordinate sales development, presales, post-sales, and executive resources while maintaining customer relationships and demonstrating proficiency across DigiCert products and processes.

Reviews application forms, verifies customer organizations and contacts, performs documented authentication and validation processes, analyzes test data and production issues, coordinates validation testing, maintains validation databases, communicates with customers and stakeholders, and escalates customer-call trends and risks.

Manage multiple customer-facing IT and Professional Services projects across the Americas, overseeing initiation through closure. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communications, resource coordination, and invoicing support. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, customer meeting leadership, proactive issue escalation, and availability for a late or shifted schedule covering AMS business hours.

Leads technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design, architecture documentation, integrations, and RFP responses throughout the sales cycle. Partners with customers, Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity and PKI solutions. Provides technical presentations, business-value guidance, and hands-on support while addressing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital security requirements. Travel is expected 20–25%.

Supports new customers through DigiCert platform onboarding and activation. Leads or joins kickoff calls, explains platform features and workflows, delivers training, encourages adoption, answers usage questions, coordinates validation and certificate infrastructure setup, collaborates with Support and Deployment teams, maintains onboarding documentation, and confirms customer readiness for deployment.

Designs and operates scalable data and machine learning platforms using Databricks, Python, SQL, Spark, and PySpark. Builds batch, streaming, and production ML pipelines; manages Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, governance, data quality, observability, and model deployment. Partners with data scientists and business teams, optimizes performance and costs, contributes to platform architecture, mentors engineers, and documents operational practices.

Research enterprise accounts, develop personalized multichannel outreach, engage cybersecurity leaders and executives, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales appointments in the French market. Explain DigiCert solutions, overcome objections, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account-based prospecting and campaigns. Use Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to manage prospecting activities.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend web services. Collaborate with product, UX, and architecture teams. Debug and resolve defects, apply secure coding practices, write maintainable code, and emphasize unit testing. Work with media processing, metadata systems, databases, containers, and orchestration.

Lead design and delivery of complex backend services for the DNS platform. Drive architecture, scalability, reliability, and security; implement high-risk features; improve observability, CI/CD, testing, and deployment reliability; mentor engineers; act as escalation point during incidents and influence cross-team technical direction.

Provide phone and email support for DigiCert One certificate lifecycle products to US customers; troubleshoot PKI, Active Directory, networking, and Windows/Unix/macOS server issues; collaborate with validation and cross-functional teams; document trends and contribute to the knowledge base.
