Build and deploy production-ready AI applications, agents, and workflow automations. Leads firmwide adoption of AI tools in partnership with attorneys and paralegals. Translates legal workflows into scalable AI solutions, manages platform configuration, supports AI governance and risk practices, and develops communications and training programs. The role requires hands-on AI platform expertise, strong project management, legal workflow knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to identify and address risks in AI-enabled legal work.

Provides administrative and legal support for patent prosecution matters. Responsibilities include generating patent portfolio reports, preparing and filing USPTO documents, managing assignments and declarations, organizing file histories, monitoring patent deadlines, drafting and proofreading correspondence and filings, and coordinating with attorneys, patent agents, paralegals, inventors, clients, and vendors. The role requires strong organization, calendaring, database, document-management, and communication skills, along with 2–3 years of patent prosecution experience.
