Manages assigned client relationships and coordinates service delivery across support, field services, and internal teams. Acts as the primary client contact, monitors tickets and projects, manages expectations, escalates risks, ensures follow-through, and identifies recurring service issues. The role also supports process improvement, project oversight, account growth, and regular onsite client engagement.
