Support transmission project-level financial forecasting and monthly forecast cycles using Unifier/Ecosys and SAP. Prepare accruals and journal entries, perform variance analysis, track budgets against POs/contracts, extract and analyze data, and coordinate with project managers. Provide forecast of in-service plans, assist training, support storm activities, and promote team collaboration and timely project in-servicing.

Analyze outage and reliability data, develop multi-year plans, budgets, and schedules, document projects in OPPM/SAP/CREWS, prepare regulatory and performance reports, support storm response, and lead special projects as needed.

Partner with senior and executive leaders to design and execute people strategies, drive workforce planning and organizational design, advise on employee relations and performance, lead change management, champion DEI, oversee HR analytics and enterprise HR processes, and model company values.

Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, generate schedule reports, assist resource and risk management, collaborate with project teams, and follow scheduling standards. Provide training, support, and process improvement input across project lifecycles in construction/design environments.

Lead external communications strategy to strengthen brand reputation and support business objectives. Oversee media and crisis communications, executive visibility, transmission and regional utility messaging, brand advertising, sponsorships, and creative assets. Manage a communications team, vendor relationships, cross-functional coordination, and performance measurement to ensure consistent, compliant, and data-driven messaging.

Lead preparation and filing of SEC and external financial reports, manage consolidations and SOX controls, supervise a financial reporting team, coordinate audits, provide technical accounting guidance, and drive reporting process improvements and special projects.

Provide high-level administrative support to CHRO and CIO including complex calendar and travel management, preparing presentations and reports, handling confidential communications, coordinating meetings and visitors, managing expense reports, and completing special projects. Act as primary executive contact, anticipate needs, and collaborate with other assistants while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Lead Business Unit FP&A team to own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, O&M and capital planning, strategic financial analysis, stakeholder communication, regulatory optimization, and process improvements to drive financial results.
